He Helped Fix Twitter. Now He's Building AI Infrastructure
William Morgan on turning Linkerd into an open source business and building infrastructure for the next wave of AI.

Co-founder & CEO, Buoyant
The engineer who helped kill Twitter's fail whale and then invented an entire category. As a Twitter infrastructure engineer he lived through the monolith-to-microservices migration, then co-founded Buoyant and created Linkerd — the first production service mesh, now a CNCF graduated project. A veteran of Powerset, Microsoft and MITRE, he's a fixture on the KubeCon stage and is now building the plumbing the AI era will run on.
